Südwestfalen Container-Terminal GmbH (SWCT) has drawn up terms of use for service facilities (Nutzungsbedingungen für Serviceeinrichtungen; NBS) for the first time now. SWCT is publishing the first edition of its NBS here for the information of parties with access authorisation. The first version entered into effect on 17 June 2019 after the Federal Network Agency for Electricity, Gas, Telecommunications, Post and Railway (Bundesnetzagentur für Elektrizität, Gas, Telekommunikation, Post und Eisenbahnen; BNetzA) completed its review process.
